Paid media run on data. Operations run on automation.

We manage Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and Taboola campaigns against measured business outcomes. Automated workflows handle the repetitive work; AI drafts the analysis; a specialist reviews every recommendation before it reaches you.

LinkedIn cost per lead rose 18% while lead-to-SQL rate held at 31%. The cause is a narrower audience after the exclusion list update, not creative fatigue. Proposed: restore lookalike seed; review Friday.

The problem

Where paid media budgets usually leak

Most underperforming accounts don't fail on creative or bidding. They fail on slow feedback, unreliable measurement and allocation that nobody revisits.

01

Reporting arrives late, built by hand

Monday's export becomes Thursday's slide deck. By then the budget has already been spent on last week's assumptions.

02

Attribution nobody trusts

Every platform claims the same conversion. Without a shared measurement layer, budget follows whichever dashboard looks best.

03

Budget split by habit

Channel allocation is set at the start of the year and rarely tested against marginal return. Spend drifts to where it has always gone.

Services

Five channels, one measurement layer

Each channel is managed by specialists, but planned, measured and reported as one budget.

Google Ads

Search, Performance Max, Shopping and YouTube. Structure and bidding built around conversion value, not clicks.

Meta Ads

Facebook and Instagram prospecting and retargeting, with Conversions API so your signal survives browser restrictions.

LinkedIn Ads

B2B demand and lead generation: account-based targeting, CRM-matched audiences and offline conversion import.

TikTok Ads

Creative-led prospecting with structured testing, Events API tracking and spend caps tied to measured return.

Taboola

Native distribution for content and mid-funnel demand, with placement-level pruning and post-click quality checks.

Differentiator

Automation & AI reporting

Workflows that remove manual work and weekly analysis drafted by AI, checked and signed off by a specialist.

How it works

Automation & AI reporting

Automation does the repetitive work. People make the decisions.

Your platform data flows into one warehouse every day. Checks run automatically, AI drafts the analysis, and a specialist reviews it before anything reaches you or your budget.

  1. Sources Ad platforms, GA4, CRM Pulled daily via official APIs
  2. Warehouse One clean dataset Naming, currency and attribution aligned
  3. Automated checks · AI Anomalies & draft analysis Pacing, tracking breaks, cost spikes
  4. Specialist review Human sign-off Nothing changes budget without it
  5. Delivery Report, alerts, dashboard Email or Slack, plus a live view

What gets automated

  • Daily pacing and anomaly alerts. Overspend, broken tracking or a sudden CPA spike is flagged the same day, not at month end.
  • Weekly written analysis. What changed, why, and what we propose to do, in plain English.
  • Traceable figures. Every number in a report links back to the query and source it came from.
  • Operational workflows. Feed updates, CRM sync and lead routing built on n8n and platform APIs.

AI never changes bids or budgets on its own. It drafts; a specialist decides.

How we work

Measurement first, then spend

  1. 01

    Audit & measurement

Tracking, GA4, server-side tagging and conversion APIs checked and fixed before we optimise anything.

  2. 02

    Account architecture & budget plan

Campaign structure, KPIs and channel allocation agreed in writing, with the reasoning behind each choice.

  3. 03

    Execution & structured testing

One hypothesis per test, a defined sample and a decision rule set before launch, not after.

  4. 04

    Optimisation & reporting

Weekly analysis, monthly review and reallocation based on marginal return across channels.

Transparency

You see what we see

Trust in an agency should come from access, not from monthly slides.

  • Your accounts, your data. Ad accounts, analytics and the data warehouse stay in your name. We work through granted access.
  • No markup on media. You pay the platforms directly. Our fee is separate and visible.
  • Live dashboard. The same view we use, updated daily, available from the first week.
  • Direct access to specialists. You talk to the people running your campaigns, not an intermediary.
  • Clear terms. Scope, notice period and reporting cadence agreed in writing before we start.

What you get every week

A short note you can act on

Every week you receive a written performance note: what moved, why it moved, and what we will do next. It is drafted from your account data and checked by the specialist who runs your account.

Summary

Blended CPA £41.20 (−6% vs prior week) on spend of £11,940, within the agreed £42 target. Paid search carried the improvement; Meta prospecting was flat.

ChannelSpendCPAΔ wk
Google£5,480£36.10−11%
Meta£3,320£44.80+1%
LinkedIn£1,890£61.30+18%
TikTok£1,250£47.20−4%

Why it moved

Search impression share on core terms rose from 71% to 79% after the budget shift on Tuesday. LinkedIn CPL rose because the audience narrowed after the exclusion update.

Next week

  • Restore the LinkedIn lookalike seed; review on Friday.
  • Move £400 from Meta prospecting to search if CPA holds below £38.

FAQ

Questions we are usually asked

What does the free audit include?

With read-only access, we review account structure, conversion tracking, attribution settings and how budget is allocated across campaigns and channels. You receive written findings with prioritised recommendations. There is no obligation to work with us afterwards.

Do we keep ownership of our ad accounts and data?

Yes. Ad accounts, analytics properties and the reporting warehouse remain in your name. We work through access you grant and can revoke at any time.

What does the AI actually do?

It processes your account data to flag anomalies and drafts the weekly analysis. A specialist checks every figure and recommendation before it is sent. AI does not change bids, budgets or campaigns on its own.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the channels, the complexity of your accounts and the reporting you need. We propose a fee after the audit, once we know the scope. Our fee is never a markup on your media spend.

How soon will we see results?

The first weeks go into measurement and structure. Performance changes after that depend on your market, data volume and starting point. We set expectations in the proposal and report against them weekly.

Do you work with companies outside the UK?

Yes. We are a UK company and work with clients in the UK and Europe, in English.
